These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of both digital products (plugins) and physical products (hardware) from our platform. By accessing or using our site, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before making any purchases.
1. Use of the Website
a. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use our website and make purchases.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your email and password.
c. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and checkout.
d. You may not use our website for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of our products.
2. Product Information and Pricing
a. We strive to ensure accurate information about product features, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions or prices are always free of error.
b. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions may be limited-time offers with additional terms.
3. Orders and Payments
a. When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase under these terms.
b. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, especially in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
c. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize the full order amount (including taxes and shipping fees, where applicable) to be charged via our secure payment partner PayHere.
d. Nimbis Audio does not store your full payment details.
4. Digital Product Delivery (Plugins)
a. Plugin downloads will be made available via email or direct download immediately after payment confirmation.
b. Ensure your system and DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) support the plugin format (VST/AU for Windows/Mac).
c. For installation or troubleshooting help, contact support@nimbisaudio.com.
5. Hardware Shipping & Delivery
a. Physical products (e.g., audio interfaces, MIDI controllers) will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
b. Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination, weight, and courier. You will see total shipping fees before confirming your purchase.
c. Shipping Time:
Domestic (Sri Lanka): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs
d. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
e. Nimbis Audio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events.
f. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Report damaged or defective hardware to support@nimbisaudio.com within 3 days of receipt for review and potential replacement.
6. Returns and Refunds
Digital Products (Plugins):
All plugin sales are final. No refunds once the product has been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues before download, you may request a refund or assistance.
Hardware Products:
Returns are accepted only for defective items. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Hardware must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property
a. All content and products on this site — including code, plugins, branding, text, graphics, and hardware designs — are the property of Nimbis Audio and protected by international intellectual property laws.
b. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sell any content or product without written permission.

a. Nimbis Audio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our digital or physical products.
b. All products are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond what is legally required or explicitly stated.
